Stanley on Safari
Sunny daze, better skies and Port Elizabeth has some pretty amazing ones! The beginning of the December month ushers in summer in all its beauty and what better to enjoy it than with a look post!
With this month also being my last one in Port Elizabeth, I had to take full advantage of its awesome scenery one last time. Now…perfect weather, check. Fun outfit…check and the photographer to make it all happen…super check!
I am so excited that I got to collaborate with Tegan Smith for the second time since I’m in love with her work. The weather was good to us this time around, which gave us more freedom to be creative and active. The location was Stanley Street, a gem of the city, full of quirky restaurants and friendly people. I love this place and as my big “mwah” to the city, I felt it the only place to shoot. Tegan has been doing some beautiful things with the lighting in her photography lately and I wanted that style for this look post. This outfit is inspired by my love for the safari trend and all these pieces are effortless, carefree goodness. A mixture of subtle animal prints, motifs, African palettes and brights always pull this look together.
